Sunday Slump
Did you know there was an election coming? Someone could have bloody well told us. Well, what do you think of the campaign and its coverage?
Don’t forget to keep hitting up your local candidates with the Candidate Canvass questions, we want to try and get as many answers as we can in the next two weeks (who knows, maybe we’ll get a second candidate to answer!)
As bad as it looks, it might have been this bad for years but we didn’t have the pack live-tweeting it all and revealing how shallow and trivial the whole process is.
Is it the worst coverage ever, or is this the first time we’ve really known about it? It certainly looked pretty sucky in 2004.

I feel the media along with the coalition have been trying to bring down our goverent for past three years. The opposition are responsible for kevs knifing. What ever happened to respect for our priminister? Howard received ample respect media and If he was re elected in 2007 agenda on sky would have never been. Agenda was created to aid coalition in re election. Majority of their viewers are liberal supporters, if they were less one sided they would obtain a larger viewing audience. The only reason I watch sky is because I don’t get free to air signal

New media has highlighted what a bunch of self-interested pricks legacy media really are.
I hope they go and hide behind pay-walls and erode away.
